Typical symptoms
The engine turns slowly, the lights go out on start, or the clock resets. In winter, a weak battery becomes more noticeable.
Battery or alternator
We will measure the quiescent voltage, drop at start and charging. We will also check the collection of a switched-off car, which can discharge the battery overnight.
The right exchange
Modern cars may require a suitable type of AGM or EFB and registration of a new battery to the control unit. An unsuitable battery has a shorter lifespan.
