When the engine does not turn at all
Clicking, dimmed lights, or complete silence often indicate a dead battery, bad contact, or starter problem. Repeated restarts can make the situation worse.
When the engine turns but does not start
The cause may be in the ignition, fuel, sensors or car security. In such a situation, connecting jumper cables alone usually does not help.
How we verify the defect
We will measure the state of the battery, voltage drop at start, recharging the alternator and taking off the car. We supplement the diagnostics with measurements so that functional parts are not changed.
When is it better not to drive?
If the charging light is on after starting, the car shuts off or there is a burning smell, stop safely and call for service. MotPro can also arrange towing the car by agreement.
